Because of this, if you are supplied with incorrect or damaged parts, it is an issue between the breaker and you.

By using TheSparesNetwork.co.uk you agree to these terms and agree that TheSparesNetwork.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any losses, claims, expenses, damages or costs that you or the supplier (breaker) may experience as a result of using TheSparesNetwork.co.uk

When you submit a request to TheSparesNetwork.co.uk you agree that we can hold your email address on file for a period of 1 month, after which time any old part requests will be deleted along with your email address and any other personal information.

If you opt-in to our 'My Requests' feature your personal information will remain in our database as long as you choose.

Finally, always ensure you fully understand what you are buying. Most of the parts sent out by the breakers in our database are going to be used, get a clear description of parts from the breaker and make sure they're for the correct model of bike.

Make a note of the breakers details before you send any money for parts so you know which breaker you are dealing with. Also make sure that you understand the total cost, including VAT and delivery charges.
